Refund and Cancellation Policy

Books: We do not offer refunds on books, except when defective, or downloadable pdfs.

Courses: “Write What You Don’t Know” video course comes with a money-back guarantee, whether you buy the complete course or just Session 1.

Merchandise: All merchandise is shipped print-on-demand by Printful, so we cannot accept returns. Please see Printful’s return policy.

Online workshops: Cancellations received by midnight 7 days before the workshop will receive a full refund minus 10% handling fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop will not receive a refund.

In-person retreats: Cancellations received 4 weeks before the retreat begins will receive a full refund minus 10% handling fee. You also have the option of transferring your payment toward a different retreat. Cancellations received less than 4 weeks before the workshop begins will not receive a refund, but may transfer to another retreat.

Liability release

Your registration for an in-person workshop constitutes your agreement to hold Imaginative Storm harmless from any and all liability, actions, causes of action, debts, claims, and demands of every kind and nature whatsoever which you now have or which may arise of or in connection with your trip or participation in any activity arranged for you by Imaginative Storm, and its agents or associates. The terms hereof shall serve as a release and assumption of risk for your heirs, executors, and administrators.
