We are happy to accept returns of defective books purchased directly from us. Please contact us to arrange.

If you purchased your book from another vendor, it was printed on demand and we cannot be responsible for defects. Please contact your vendor.

Digital Courses:

If you change your mind about your course purchase before you’ve accessed it, we will refund your money minus a 10% handling charge.

We offer a money-back guarantee on our “Write What You Don’t Know” video course, whether you buy the complete course or just Session 1.

Merchandise:

As we do not supply our merchandise directly, we cannot accept returns. Please see the return policy of Printful.

Online Workshops:

Cancellations received by midnight 7 days before the workshop will receive a full refund minus 10% handling fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop will not receive a refund.

In-Person Retreats:

Cancellations received 4 weeks before the retreat begins will receive a full refund minus 10% handling fee. You also have the option of transferring your payment toward a different retreat. Cancellations received less than 4 weeks before the retreat begins will not receive a refund, but may transfer to another retreat.
