Navé holds an MFA in Writing from Vermont College. His most recent book was published in 2024. He has decades of experience as a coach and creative mentor, including co-founding Artist’s Way Creativity Camps with Julia Cameron.

Allegra holds a Double First in English from Oxford University. She has published five books, two with major publishers and three herself. For six years she was Editorial Director at Weidenfeld & Nicolson, a major literary publisher in the UK, and she has been writing on Substack for two years.
