Cancellation policy
A 10% cancellation fee will be charged for refund requests received 60 days prior to the workshop. After that date, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged. No refunds will be given fifteen days prior to the workshop; however, we will be glad to consider a credit toward a future Imaginative Storm workshop based on your circumstances. We encourage you to obtain travel insurance to cover your nonrefundable transportation costs and to protect your payments.
